Elburg Shipmanagement Phils., Inc. is dedicated to maintaining a safe, respectful and supportive working environment for all our employees/seafarers. We take all forms of harassment and/or bullying, including cyberbullying very seriously and handle them with utmost confidentiality.

Our Commitment
The company considers any form of bullying or harassment, including cyberbullying, to be a serious matter. We also make any attempts to conceal harassment or bullying through withholding information very seriously. Our Fleet Supervisors, in coordination with the Quality Department, are trained to handle such complaints and are available for support. Cyberbullying refers to the use of modern communication technologies to harass, humiliate, threaten, or intimidate an individual to exert power and control over them. The use of company communication equipment and platforms for such purposes will be regarded as a severe violation of our Code of Conduct and will lead to disciplinary action.
