At Elburg Shipmanagement, Phils., Inc., we are committed to ensuring the mental health and well-being of all crew members deployed through our agency. This policy outlines our commitment to mental health and well-being in compliance with the Magna Carta of Seafarers (Republic Act No. 12021) and international maritime labor standards.
